§ 1.05.150 SIGNING AND FILING.

Every resolution, ordinance or warrant passed or ordered by the Village Council shall be signed by the Mayor or by two Commissioners, and all ordinances and resolutions shall be filed with the Village Clerk for record, before they shall be in force.
