§ 15.35.045  MISCELLANEOUS; EFFECTIVE DATE.
   (A)   If any term, condition or provision of this chapter shall be declared unenforceable, the declaration of unenforceability shall have no bearing or effect on the remaining parts thereof not so affected.
   (B)   This chapter shall take effect immediately from and following its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
