§ 15.35.035 COVENANT NOT TO SUE.

The school districts covenant and agree, as a condition of receiving the impact fees and in addition to the indemnification provided in this chapter, not to sue the village for any claims arising, directly or indirectly, out of the passage of this chapter, or the administration or enforcement thereof.
