The village shall require an annual report from each school district in receipt of school facilities impact fees required by this chapter during the previous fiscal year of the respective school districts. The report shall be due within 25 business days of the first day of each calendar year, and shall account for the receipt and expenditure of any impact fees for the previous fiscal year.
