§ 15.35.020  PAYMENT OF FEES.
   The owner of property annexed to the village shall pay the required school facilities impact fees directly to the school district designated by the affected school districts. The school district designated to accept payment shall issue a receipt for the payment which must be presented to the village prior to the issuance of a building permit.
