(A) Except for detached single-family units it shall be presumed that the subdivider or developer intends to construct units within the maximum school age population density permitted by the ordinances of the village.
(B) On property zoned R-2 for the construction of single-family detached units, it shall be presumed that 95% of the units shall contain three bedrooms and 5% of the units shall contain four bedrooms.
(C) (1) All fractions shall be rounded to the nearest unit.
(2) These presumptions may be overcome by the subdivider or developer specifying the units to be constructed.
