As a condition of approval of a final plat of subdivision, or of a final plat of a planned unit development, or on application for permit for mobile home park, each subdivider or developer of a planned unit development or mobile home park, will be required to dedicate land for school sites, to serve the immediate and future needs of the residents of the development, or make a cash contribution in lieu of actual land dedication, or a combination of both at the option of the village with the recommendation of the boards of education of the school districts affected, in accordance with the criteria and formula set forth in §§ 15.30.010 through 15.30.070.
