(A) A fee shall be paid to the Village Clerk at the time of submission of the preliminary plat.
(B) No plat shall be forwarded to the Planning and Zoning Board for review without a receipt from the Village Clerk being exhibited showing full payment of the fee.
(C) Payment of the fee is in no way contingent on whether the plat of subdivision submitted is approved or disapproved.
(D) The fee shall be as follows:
$2.00 per lot | For subdivisions containing 50 lots or less; with minimum fee of $25.00 |
$100.00 | Plus $1.00 for each additional lot over 50 in subdivisions containing more than 50 lots, but not more than $150.00 |
$200.00 | Plus $0.50 for each additional lot over 150 in subdivisions containing more than 150 lots. |
In the event that the plat of subdivision or resubdivision calls for development of residential property either as two-family or multiple-family or as business or industrial property, then the fee shall be determined as $2.00 per each dwelling unit or business unit and $2.00 per acre of industrial land. | |
