§ 15.15.065  TRAILERS, MOBILE HOMES AND BOATS.
   (A)   (1)   Except as may otherwise be authorized or permitted herein, trailers and mobile homes shall not be permitted in any district as a principal or accessory building, except when used as temporary offices or storage space incidental to construction of a building development for the period of times the construction is actively undertaken, and provided trailers and mobile homes used for the purposes are located on the same lot as the building development, or a lot contiguous thereto.
      (2)   Except as may otherwise be authorized or permitted herein, trailers and mobile homes shall not be occupied for lodging or dwelling purposes on any lot.
      (3)   Mobile homes, travel trailers or camping trailers shall not be parked or stored in the open on any lot other than in a lawfully established trailer sales or manufacturing establishment, except that one travel trailer or camping trailer may be stored or parked in the rear or side yard of a lot containing a single-family detached dwelling.
   (B)   One boat owned by the occupant of the dwelling may be stored or parked in the rear or side yard of a lot containing a single-family detached dwelling.
