(A) It is unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years to possess any tobacco products of any kind; provided that the possession by a person under the age of 18, under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian of the person in the privacy of the parent or guardian’s home shall not be prohibited.
(B) This section shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
