§ 13.10.005  UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLAGES; ACTS DESIGNATED UNLAWFUL.
   The commission of any one of the following acts is unlawful and constitutes unlawful assemblage:
   (A)   The collecting in crowds for unlawful purposes, or for any purpose to the annoyance or disturbance of other persons; and/or
   (B)   Assembling with two or more persons for the purpose of using force or violence to disturb the public peace.
