(A) No person, firm or corporation shall operate, maintain or conduct a billiard, pool, bagatelle or pigeonhole table open to the public without having first obtained a license therefor as is provided in this section.
(B) All applications for such a license shall be made in writing to the Village Clerk and shall state thereon the intended location of the place of business and the number of tables to be used therein.
