§ 11.20.010  LICENSES.
   (A)   It is unlawful to conduct or operate any amusement which is open to the public and for admission to which a fee is charged without having first secured a license therefor; provided, that the provisions of this section shall not be held to apply to those amusements which are specifically licensed by any other chapter of this code, or by any other ordinances of the village.
   (B)   Applications for the licenses shall be made to the Clerk and shall comply with the general provisions of the ordinances relating to the applications. For the licenses the following fees shall be paid:
