§ 11.10.130  VIEW FROM STREET.
   (A)   No premises for which a Class A liquor license has been issued shall be permitted to have any screen, blind, curtain, partition, article or any other object in the windows, or upon the doors of the licensed premises nor inside the premises which shall prevent a clear view into the interior of the premises from the street, road or sidewalk at all times. No booth, screen, partition or other obstruction shall be permitted in or about the interior of the premises which shall prevent a clear view of the entire interior of the premises from the street, road or sidewalk.
   (B)   All rooms where liquor is sold for consumption on the premises shall be continuously lighted during business hours by natural light or artificial lights so that all parts of the interior of the premises shall be clearly visible from any place in the room.
   (C)   In case the view into any licensed premises required by the foregoing provisions shall be wilfully obscured or obstructed, then the license shall be subject to suspension or revocation as provided in this chapter.
