§ 11.10.080  BOND.
   Any person desiring a license to sell alcoholic liquor at retail within the corporate limits of the village, shall file with the Village Clerk a bond duly executed, to the village, in the penal sum of $500, signed by at least two good and sufficient sureties who are free holders, which bond shall be approved by the Liquor Control Commissioner before the license is granted conditioned that he or she will pay to the village all fines and costs recovered against him or her under the provisions of this chapter, and all other ordinances and parts of ordinances relating to the sale of intoxicating liquors now in force, or which may hereafter be in force on account of any act by him or her done in violation of any ordinance, during the time for which the license is granted.
