§ 11.10.070 LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSIONER.

(A) The Mayor shall act as the Liquor Control Commissioner for the village and shall exercise all powers accorded to the office by 43 ILCS 112 and 149.

(B) He or she may appoint the Assistant Commissioner or Commissioners as he or she deems necessary to carry out the functions of his or her office.
