§ 11.10.035  CLASSIFICATION; FEES.
   Every person, firm or corporation engaged in the retail sale of alcoholic liquor in the village shall pay an annual license fee. The licenses shall be divided into the following classes and shall go into effect May 1 each year.
   (A)   Class A licenses shall authorize the retail sale on the premises of alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises as well as other retail sales of the liquor. The annual fee for the licenses shall be $500.
   (B)   Class B licenses shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic liquor in packages only and not for consumption where it is sold. The annual fee for the licenses shall be $500. Provided that the sales may be made only on premises devoted solely to the sales of package liquor and items incidental thereto or in an area of another retail establishment capable of being completely segregated from the remainder of its merchandise by means of doors, gates or the like during hours when sales of liquor are not permitted.
