(A) All garbage created, accumulated or produced shall be deposited in containers of a type approved by the Commissioner of Public Health and Safety of the village, equipped with suitable handles and tight fitting covers, and shall be water-tight.
(B) Each container shall have a capacity of not less than five gallons and not more than 30 gallons, and shall be kept in a clean, neat and sanitary condition at all times.
