§ 9.20.035 QUARANTINE.

The Commissioner of Public Safety shall have charge of the enforcement of the reasonable quarantine rules. He or she shall have the power and the authority to place any premises within which a contagious or epidemic disease occurs under quarantine, and shall determine the time when the quarantine ends.
