(A) It shall be unlawful for any vehicles to hereafter turn left into the east-west alley located between Jackson Street and Elm Street in Block 22 of the Original Town of the Village of Gardner from and adjacent to any point east of the west line of Lot 6 in said Block 22, said point being described as the United States Post Office private drive located between Jefferson Street and said East-West alley.
(B) This schedule shall prohibit southbound vehicles from exiting the driveway associated with the United States Post Office located on Lot 6 in said Block 22 from turning left (eastbound) within the alley as above described.
(C) The Director of Public Works of the Village of Gardner is hereby authorized and directed to purchase and install either a “No Left Turn” or “Right Turn Only” sign (or both) at the alley located at the rear of the Post Office or such additional signs which are consistent with the regulations contained herein.
(D) Any person found in violation of this schedule shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each such offense.
