(A) The alley between Pine Street and Center Street in Block 20 of the Original Town of Gardner is hereby designated a one-way alley. The alley is bounded by Jefferson Street on the north and Main Street on the south.
(B) Vehicles traveling on this alley shall proceed in a northbound direction only. No vehicles shall be operated on the alley in a southerly direction at any time.
(C) The Public Works Supervisor is hereby authorized and directed to purchase and install one-way signs, and to post the same at the above designated location following passage, approval and publication hereof.
(D) Any person in violation of the terms and provisions hereof shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense.
