§ 7.20.015  OBEDIENCE TO SIGNALS REQUIRED.
   At intersections where traffic is directed by a police officer or by a stop-and-go signal, it is unlawful for any pedestrian to cross the roadway other than with released traffic if the crossing interferes with the lawful movement of traffic.
