§ 7.10.025 SAFE OPERATION OF SNOWMOBILES.

It is unlawful for any person to drive or operate any snowmobile in the village in a manner prohibited by Art. V of the Snowmobile Registration and Safety Act, 625 ILCS 40/5-1 et seq., which is incorporated in this section by reference and made a part of this section.
