§ 7.05.015  AUTHORITY OF POLICE.
   Members of the Police Department are authorized to direct traffic in conformance with the State Vehicle Code and to enforce the same, and it is unlawful for any person to fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order, signal or direction of a police officer.
