§ 5.05.200 COMPUTATION OF WASTEWATER SERVICE CHARGE.

   The wastewater service charge shall be computed by the following formula:

   CW = CC + CD + CM + (Vu — X) CU + CS

   Where CW + amount of waste service charge ($) per billing period

   CD = Debt Service Charge (§ 5.05.095(A))

   CC = Capital Improvement Charge § 5.05.220(B))

   CM = Minimum Charge for Operation, Maintenance and Replacement (§ 5.05.220(C))

   Vu + Wastewater Volume for the billing period

   X = Allowable consumption in gallons for the minimum charge (§ 5.05.220(C))

   Cu = Basic User Rate for Operation, Maintenance and Replacement (§ 5.05.220(C))

   CS = Amount of Surcharge (§§ 5.05.245 and 5.05.250)
