§ 5.05.090  CONNECTION; PERMIT FEES.
   The fees to be charged for a permit to tap, or otherwise make a connection with the water system shall be determined in such manner and amounts as shall be prescribed by ordinance, adopted by the Village Council from time to time. (See § 5.05.035(F)).
