§ 5.05.005  WATERWORKS AND SEWERAGE DEPARTMENT; A SEPARATE DEPARTMENT.
   The combined waterworks and sewerage system in the village shall be maintained and operated as a separate department and hereafter in this chapter shall be referred to as the “Department”.
