§ 3.20.015  FEE FOR DISHONORED CHECKS.
   (A)   The Village of Gardner shall hereafter charge $35 as and for a fee for any check, draft or other negotiable instrument presented to the Village of Gardner, and thereafter, dishonored for any reason.
   (B)   This section shall be effective immediately upon its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
