§ 3.05.485  DUTY OF CITIZENS TO ASSIST POLICE.
   It shall be the duty of every citizen in the village, when called upon by a member of the Police Department and in case of an emergency, to promptly aid and assist the officer(s) in the execution of his or her police duties. Any person who refuses to give aid and assistance shall be punished by a fine not less than $75 nor more than $750.
