§ 3.05.480  INTERFERENCE WITH POLICE OFFICERS.
   Any person in the village who resists any member of the Police Department or any other person duly authorized to perform police duty in the discharge of his or her duties or in any way interferes with, prevents or hinders him or her in the discharge of his or her duty as the member, or offers or endeavors to do so, and any person who in any manner assists any person in the custody of any member of the Police Department to escape or attempt to escape from the custody shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $750.
