§ 3.05.460  POLICE CHIEF; OFFICE CREATED.
   There is created the Office of the Chief of Police. The Chief shall be appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the Village Council. He or she shall be ex-officio City Marshal and Superintendent of Police.
