§ 3.05.425 POWERS AND DUTIES.

(A) The Board of Local Improvements shall meet at the times and places as may be designated by the Board and shall have the powers and duties assigned to it by statute or ordinance.

(B) Every improvement to be paid for by special assessments or special taxation shall be initiated by the action of the Board of Local Improvements as required by law.
