§ 3.05.375 COMPENSATION.

(A) The Attorney shall receive the compensation as may be decided from time to time by the Village Council as an annual salary for attending Council meetings and giving advice.

(B) He or she shall receive additional compensation as agreed by the Council from time to time for other work on behalf of the village.
