§ 3.05.355 SUPERVISION OF DRAFTING OF ORDINANCES AND DOCUMENTS.

The Attorney shall, on direction of the Mayor or Village Council, draft or supervise the drafting of all ordinances and resolutions to be acted on, and all contracts or other documents in which the village is interested.
