§ 137.02 POSSESSION OF FIREARM WHILE INTOXICATED PROHIBITED.

No person, while under the influence of an intoxicating liquor, or any exhilarating or stupefying drug, shall carry, have in possession or control, or use in any manner, or discharge any firearm.
