§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of Title XIII, unless the violation or failure is by statute of the state declared to be a felony. Every person convicted for a violation of, or failure to comply with any provision of Title XIII, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500, or by imprisonment for a period of time not to exceed 90 days, or by both fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court or as otherwise required by state law. Each act of violation and every day upon which such violation shall occur shall constitute a separate offense.
