§ 133.07 SOLICITATION OF DRINKS.
   No person shall frequent or loiter in any tavern, bar, or place where drinks are sold with the purpose of soliciting patrons or employees to purchase drinks. The proprietor of the establishments shall not allow the presence of any person who violates this section.
