§ 133.03 OBSCENE BOOKS, PICTURES AND LITERATURE.
   No person shall import, print, publish, sell, design, prepare, loan, give away, or distribute any book, magazine, newspaper, writing, pamphlet, ballad, printed paper, print, picture, drawing, photograph, reproduction, publication, or other thing, knowing the same to contain any obscene, immoral, lewd, or lascivious language or obscene, immoral, lewd, or lascivious prints, pictures, figures, or descriptions, manifestly tending to the corruption of the morals of youth. No person shall knowingly introduce into any family, school, or place of education, or knowingly procure, receive, or have in his possession any such book, pamphlet, magazine, newspaper, writing, ballad, printed paper, print, picture, drawing, photograph, publication, or other thing, either for the purpose of sale, exhibition, loan, or circulation, or with intent to introduce the same into any family, school, or place or education.

§ 133.04 HOUSES OF ILL-FAME; PATRONS.
   (A)   No person shall keep or maintain a house of ill-fame or assignation, or place for the practice of fornication, prostitution, or lewdness. (‘83 Code, § 133.04)
   (B)   No person shall lease to another any house, room, or other premises, in whole or in part, for any of the uses or purposes set forth in division (A) of this section, or to knowingly permit the same to be used or occupied for such purposes. (‘83 Code, § 133.06)
   (C)   No person shall patronize, frequent, be found in, or be an inmate of any house of ill-fame or assignation, or place for the practice of prostitution or lewdness. (‘83 Code, § 133.05)

§ 133.05 INDECENT AND IMPROPER CONDUCT.
   No person shall follow, annoy, molest, disturb, or insult by voice, conduct, or actions any child under 21 years of age, and no person shall induce, coax, persuade, or induce by threat any child under 21 years of age to enter any vehicle or conveyance, or to go in or upon any public alley, street, park, or private property or place. No person shall engage in any indecent, improper, immoral, or obscene conduct, behavior, or actions.

§ 133.06 HOTEL/MOTEL PROHIBITIONS.
   (A)    No proprietor, manager, or other person in charge of any place where transients are accommodated for lodging or sleeping, shall let any room more than once between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. the next day except to bona fide travelers with luggage. (‘83 Code, § 133.08)
   (B)   No person shall write or cause or permit to be written in any register any other or different name or designation than the true name of the person so registered. (‘83 Code, § 133.10)
