§ 132.40 IMPERSONATING CITY OFFICERS, OFFICIALS, OR EMPLOYEES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to falsely assume or pretend to be a police officer; a firefighter; an inspector of a Department of Building and Safety; a city engineer; a health officer, a health inspector, or public health nurse of the Department of Health; the sealer of weights and measures or his assistants; a supervisor or investigator of the Department of Public Welfare; an assessor or his agent or employee; an inspector or meter reader for the city; or any other person employed by the city or by any other governmental agency for the protection of the peace, health, and safety of the city, or to take upon themselves to act as such or to require any person to aid and assist him in any manner pertaining to the duties of persons employed by the city for the protection of peace, health, and safety of the city.
