§ 132.37 FALSE STATEMENTS FOR WELFARE AID.
   No person shall obtain by means of a willfully false statement or representation, impersonation, or other fraudulent device the following.
   (A)   Aid, relief, or welfare assistance to which he is not entitled.
   (B)   Aid, relief, or welfare assistance greater than that to which he is entitled; or knowingly aid or abet in buying or in any way disposing of the property of a recipient of aid, relief, or welfare assistance.
