§ 132.36 FALSE REPRESENTATION AS BLIND OR DISABLED.
   Any person who shall falsely represent himself or herself as blind, mute, disabled or physically or mentally challenged for the purpose of obtaining money or any other thing of value, and any person thus falsely representing himself or herself as blind, mute, disabled, or physically or mentally challenged, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
