§ 132.09 TAMPERING WITH VEHICLE.

No person shall intentionally cut, mark, scratch, destroy, or damage any motor vehicle, the property of another, or intentionally cut, scratch, mark, destroy, or damage any motor vehicle, or any of the accessories, equipment, appurtenances, or attachments thereof, or any spare or extra parts thereon without permission of the owner.
