(A) It shall be unlawful for any person who telephones any other person or causes any other person to be telephoned to use any vulgar, indecent, obscene, threatening, or offensive language, or suggest any lewd or lascivious act over any telephone. (‘83 Code, § 131.07)
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to telephone any other person repeatedly or cause any person to be telephoned repeatedly for the purpose of harassing, bothering, or interfering with the peace of the other person or his family, regardless of whether or not a conversation is held between the parties. However, legitimate business calls or solicitations are proper. (‘83 Code, § 131.08)
