(A) No person shall engage in the business of Michigan Medical Marijuana Act assessments and/or certifications without first obtaining a permit therefor. No such permit shall be granted except upon approval of the City Clerk.
(B) No person registered as a primary caregiver shall grow marijuana for anything other than personal consumption without first obtaining a permit therefor. No such permit shall be granted except upon approval of the City Clerk.
(C) A primary caregiver in operation on the effective date of this chapter may continue to operate provided they: (1) have applied to obtain a permit from the City within 60 days of the effective date of this article; (2) complies with the permit requirements imposed by § 124.04 of this chapter, as determined by the City Clerk, within 120 days of the effective date of this chapter.
