§ 92.46 TEMPORARY STORAGE OR PARKING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall park overnight or permit the parking overnight of any house trailer, recreational vehicle, boat, snowmobile, motorcycle trailer, or any utility trailer upon any public highway, street, alley, park, or other public place within the city.
   (B)   No person shall park or store or permit the parking or storage of any house trailer, recreational vehicle, boat, snowmobile, motorcycle trailer, or any utility trailer upon any private residential property within the city, except and unless the same is parked or stored in the garage or to the rear of the front building line of a residential lot, as that line is defined in Chapter 154. It is further unlawful for trailers to be connected to electricity, water, gas, or sanitary sewer facilities on the residential lot upon which they are parked or stored, except for the express purpose of readying the vehicle for use 48 hours prior to use or 48 hours after use. At no time shall trailers be used for living or housekeeping purposes.
