§ 92.32 NOISE IN CERTAIN AREAS.
   No person within the limits of the city shall make, continue, or cause to be made or continued any loud, unnecessary, or unusual noise on any street adjacent to any school, institution of learning, church, or court while the same are in use, on any street adjacent to any hospital, which unreasonably interferes with the workings of the institution, or which disturbs or unduly annoys patients in the hospital. Conspicuous signs shall be placed on or adjacent to streets indicating a school, church, hospital, or court location, and in determining whether a particular noise is loud, unnecessary, or unusual, the special circumstances of a school, church, hospital, or court location shall not be considered unless signs have been placed as required by this section.
