(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to keep, harbor, possess, raise, or maintain one or more hives or colonies of bees on any lot or parcel of land that is less than one-quarter acre in size.
(B) Hives and colonies shall not be located less than 60 feet from any lot line nor less than 150 feet from any hospital, public eatery, office, or school.
