§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating §§ 90.02 and/or 90.29 shall upon conviction be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500 and costs of prosecution or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or both fine and imprisonment.
   (B)   Any person who violates any other provision of this chapter shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction and subject to the procedures in Chapter 41.
   (C)   The city may also seek additional legal and/or equitable relief in the District Court or by filing suit in the Circuit Court. The city may recover its reasonable attorneys fees, court costs and other expenses related to enforcement activities or litigation against the person or entity found to have violated this subchapter.
   (D)   Upon a finding that a dog is vicious or dangerous, under §§ 90.29 through 90.30 the court may, in addition to the penalties set forth herein, cause the dog to be destroyed.
