§ 110.07 PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   Food trucks operating on private property within the village shall not require an application and shall not be subject to the terms and restrictions set forth within §§ 110.02 through 110.06. Any food truck operating on private property in any residential zoned district must be positioned in the back yard. The Village Administrator may, at the Village Administrator’s discretion, permit the operation of a food truck in the front yard in compelling circumstances. The food truck operator and the owner of the property upon which the food truck operates must comply with the village’s rules, including the village’s good neighbor standards, as codified in Chapter 151 of this code of ordinances.
