Food truck operators must enter into an agreement with the village to conduct food truck business in the village. The agreement, which shall be in a form prescribed by the village, shall span a term of no more than one week at a time. Food truck operators must complete an agreement for each week the operator conducts business in the village and the food truck may operate a maximum of two days per week under the agreement. Proof of insurance and County Health Department certification must be provided with submission of the agreement. A fee of $75 is due to the village at the time of application. The application shall be submitted to the Village Administrator.
